    Plumbing: Remove debris and decals from fixtures, tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and partitions.
    Light Fixtures: Remove all labels and decals.
    Fireplaces: Remove labels, vacuum, and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
    HVAC: Vacuum and clean all intakes, registers, and exposed ductwork.
    Hardware: Remove labels, clean, and polish thresholds, handles, and door knobs.
    Countertops: Remove labels, clean, and polish surfaces.
    Mirrors: Remove labels and wipe clean.
    Appliances: Remove all shipping materials, including paper, cardboard, and tape.
    Protective Covers: Remove all non-permanent labels and coverings.
    Trash: Break down boxes and dispose of all trash in designated waste containers.
    Adhesive Removal: Remove unwanted adhesives, labels, drywall mud, and paint overspray.
    Utility Closets: Clear debris from water heater and furnace compartments, then vacuum.
    Carpet: Vacuum all carpeted areas.
    Hard Floors: Sweep or vacuum all floors.
    Report Damage: Document and report any visible damage found during the cleaning process.

    Final Cleans

    Windows: Clean all windows and tracks, ensuring no scratches or marks.
    Cabinetry: Wipe down interior and exterior surfaces of all cabinets and shelves.
    Plumbing: Clean and polish all fixtures, tubs, showers, and toilets. (Abrasive cleaners like muriatic acid are prohibited.)
    Light Fixtures: Dust and polish, including lenses, globes, chains, and bulbs.
    Fireplaces: Remove labels, vacuum, and wipe clean.
    HVAC: Vacuum and clean all intakes, registers, and exposed ductwork.
    Hardware: Clean and polish all thresholds, handles, and door knobs.
    Countertops: Clean and polish surfaces, following manufacturer recommendations. (No abrasive cleaners.)
    Mirrors: Clean and polish mirrors and frames.
    Walls: Remove smudges, marks, and fingerprints from painted surfaces.
    Doors: Wipe down front, back, knobs, and kick plates.
    Appliances: Thoroughly clean and polish.
    Railings: Wipe down all railings.
    Dusting: Dust all horizontal surfaces below 8 feet.
    Trash: Break down boxes and dispose of all trash in designated waste containers.
    Adhesive Removal: Eliminate unwanted adhesives, drywall mud, and paint overspray.
    Utility Closets: Clear and vacuum water heater and furnace compartments.

    Plumbing: Spot clean fixtures, tubs, and showers as necessary.
    Mirrors: Re-clean and polish as needed.
    Flooring: Spot-clean carpets, vacuum all areas, and remove any paint spots or scuff marks from tile or wood. Wet mop and dry all hard floors. Buff all resilient flooring.
    Report Damage: Document and report any visible damage found during the cleaning process.
